Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love my dogs. So, in the spirit of sharing a little about myself, I thought I would introduce them here. For the first installment I introduce, Titan, and trust me, he makes sure he lives up to his name.
We got Ty when he was about four months old. He was intercepted from a co-worker who was going to take him to the pound. They realized they just didn't have room for a dog and I had been begging to get a second. We got Titan sight unseen, and really had no idea what to expect. He is some sort of Lab mix, but we are always guessing what he is mixed with. When he was little judging on the size of his paws and length of his legs the vet told us Great Dane… Lucky for us they were wrong. Titan is about 70 lbs and even after two and a half years still acts like a giant puppy.
Titan and I are usually arguing over who is the boss, and usually … he wins. Despite our arguments he is one of the biggest sweetest dogs I know, and I am glad we brought him into the family. Remind me to tell you about the time he ate an entire 8 foot extension cord, or the time he escaped from inside the house while we were at work … It is a good thing he is soo cute. :)
