New Packaging for my Handmade Jewelry

If any of you have ordered a piece in the last month you will have gotten my new packaging! This has been in the works for a little while and I spent a bit of time coming up with a new design. I hope you like it 🙂

I liked my previous packaging, but the time it took to put together was really bogging me down. So as the supplies ran out I began looking for alternatives. I had a few criteria that I knew the new packaging had to fulfill.

1. It had to be pretty (obviously)
2. It had to be quick to assemble.
3. I needed a way to display my logo on top
4. I wanted the materials to be Eco friendly.
5. It had to fit in the envelopes I had which keep shipping costs down.

So, how did I do? The boxes are recyclable, compostable and re-usable. The paper fill is made of 50% recycled material and is recyclable. I finished the packaging off with a wrap of pretty blue washi tape, a sticker with my Logo, and a bit of hemp twine.

  2. Hi, really super website. I have considered attemtping to develop a weblog myself too! Are you using a particular software? Is it quite difficult to use. Thanks for any advice you can give. Penelope Kratchman in Rio De Janeiro
