After taking a class last summer on using a new metal I quickly was drawn to the great textures I could create with this new technique. This lead me to this Moroccan-inspired, lotus flower turquoise ring. I love the elegant curve to this shape and have based my new line of jewelry on using it in interesting ways.
While making the lotus flower ring I took a little video. It is a behind the scenes look at just a little of what goes into making each piece of jewelry that I sell in my shop. Getting to use the torch is one of my favorite parts of jewelry making and I hope you enjoy taking a peek at how I work.
